Hi! I'm Kayla. Some of my favorite brands are J. Jill and American Eagle. I am making my own homeschool curriculum right now so I'm looking for a wide range of subjects. My main inspiration is Montessori and Charlotte Mason. When you purchase from me I will freshly clean each item and then store it in a cedar chest for one day so that you will have a natural fresh item. Happy Poshing!

anna_sowell @kaylastott01 it took me about a week. The goal is to share other poshers items and they will share yours and their follower/viewers will see your items. Bringing in more traffic to your closet. If that makes sense.

cheripurvis @kaylastott01 I would say probably about 2 weeks to a month. My first few orders were not very good experiences for me. I undersold, got taken advantage of because I didn’t know any different. I just wanted to make that sale. How long have you been at it? It does take time and you are starting at a time where live sales are hot, and people are across the board with consistent sales. Some make daily sales, others are struggling. How are you doing so far?

aiceinnerdland @cheripurvis I haven't made any sales but have definitely seen a pick up in shares and follows. I'm trying to focus on putting at least 25 things in my closet by the end of this week. I saw what it takes to become a posh ambassador and just focusing on that has helped incr ase traffic. I don't know if my prices are good or shots are good tho.

anna_sowell @kaylastott01 honestly it’s a hit of a patient game. Don’t give up. Try to enter your listing in posh shows. Some individuals will host a posh show that will share other people’s listings. It’s a good way to attract buyers

cheripurvis @kaylastott01 I think your shots are just like the rest of ours. I will say that Poshmark does prefer a white background. I have found if I consistently list atleast one new item per day, it will keep you in the algorithm. I try to list five per day, but on the days I can’t, I always list one. Are you doing comps for your pricing? Or do you already have a strategy for that?

cheripurvis @kaylastott01 There is an app I use for backgrounds, there is a free version and a paid version, but it is extremely easy to use. It’s called photo room. I have co hosting a posh party on Nov 8th. I will check your closet to see if you have any of the brands required and select your item for host pick. It will at the very least get eyes and traffic on your closet 😊

cheripurvis @kaylastott01 Descriptions: Brand, Style, Color, Size, Etc. Use as many characters as the description will allow. Feel free to shake it up but be consistent with the descriptions. Also Measurements are a 50/50 on Poshmark. Half will say always put measurements in the listing and the other half says you don’t half too. It’s totally up to you! Use Keywords/hashtags at the bottom me of the listings (you don’t have to use the #) Just the words.
