mbauer88 @kaylijo05 after you accept their offer you should get an email from poshmark with a prepaid printable label. If not, there is a place in your 'orders' tab that will allow you to open and download the shipping label for each sold item. Once you've shipped you can also watch the tracking too. It makes it all so easy!

kaylijo05 @mbauer88 yes I received the shipping label. Do I need any information from the buyer or do I just put the shipping label i received on the package and take it to the post office?

mbauer88 @kaylijo05 just put it on the box and ship it out! 😁 Your money will be available when they accept your package or on the fourth day after the delivery.

kaylijo05 @mbauer88 okay so I need your help on something. So someone wanted to purchase something from me but wanted to change the shipping and I tried to lower it but it put me in the negative do that mean I can’t go any lower?

mbauer88 @kaylijo05 yeah, if it's putting you in the negative then you shouldn't go any lower. Ask them if there is another item in your closet that they may want to bundle. you can bundle multiple things, give a discount, and discount the shipping-if you want. that way you still make money and they get a good deal.😁

kaylijo05 @mbauer88 I have a package that is saying delivery attempted- no access to location.how do I fix it, get the package back to do it again, or finish delivering the package?

mbauer88 @kaylijo05 I would try to contact the buyer via comment and ask them to check with their local usps facility in order to pick up the package.

mbauer88 @kaylijo05 have you tried contacting usps and giving them the tracking number to see why it can't be delivered? They may be able to give you a little more advice on what to do. Also, if you look under the shipped button on your account there is a place where it says order inquiries/problems. you can click that and contact Poshmark to see if they can offer any further advice.
