jakaca23 Hello, I purchased the elephant print pj bottoms and I know you shipped them out right away but I never got them. It says they were delivered. I have a feeling the delivery guy delivered them to the wrong house. Do you have a tracking number or something? The address was very specific REAR HOUSE. If he didn't take it to the rear house it didn't come to me. I'm sure it will get sorted out, I just don't have anything to work with on my end. .

christiankel @jakaca23 oh no! I’m sorry to hear that. I just went back and looked up the shipping label that Poshmark sent me and it doesn’t say “rear house” on it, it just says unit 1. I only found a “label number” on my receipt, that number is: 420077209405510899359408771802

jakaca23 Hmmmm. How does it work? did you ship through UPS? FedEX? USPS? AND Poshmark has to give you a complete address. If it wasn't important, I wouldn't have included it. ARGH.

christiankel @jakaca23 when you buy from Poshmark they send the person you buy from a shipping label. If you don’t have that in your address on your Poshmark profile It isn’t going to show up on the shipping label they send to the person you buy from. Once the person you buy from gets the shipping label then they can just drop it off at the post office.

jakaca23 Hello, again. I checked the profile and it definitely has the full address. I'm guessing that Poshmark's form limits characters. That's bad. I'm not sure how to contact Poshmark to find out how to avoid this in the future. If I figure it out, I'll share.
