I misshipped items 😖😖😖 the other buyer got your swimsuit and her maxi dress is on your way 😓 I misplaced labels since I had many items to ship and you both have the same name of Kelly... I AM SO SORRY!!😩 I emailed Posh and they are reviewing the case and will send me the correct labels so you both get your items. Again I am so sorry.

ariseclothing @kellyhuynh1 yes, you are supposed to contact Poshmark and tell them you received the wrong item. Do not accept the order, go to where it gives you the option to select received wrong item; then email then and tell them exactly what happened, that items were misshipped. Btw, your item is on its way back to me and Posh will give me a new label to resend it to you :)

ariseclothing @kellyhuynh1 hi, yes, I did receive your item from the other buyer and they will send me a new label to have t resend to you.. You, on the other hand, you still have the item for the other girl, you need to go to where you accept the order, but select the option for problems with existing order or something like "item not as described" then you send them the email so they can open a case and give me a new label to resend the dress to the right buyer.

Since the returned got approved, obviously the sale is cancelled. I have the bikini with me now :) would you like to re order it and I can ship asap?
