Do I just mark order not as described? also given that the box is very big can you refund me the shipping cost it will cost to mail it back to you please

resurrection32 Good morning! The package weighs 15 lbs - actually 14 lbs 12 oz; and needs an upgraded label. I’m not sure if your agent is aware of that - i told the person I’m working with (they should have had the same person work with both of us) to deduct it from my account.
