alielee80 Hi there, I pride myself in having had all 5 star reviews. I see you didn’t have a perfect experience. :( Was anything wrong with the item when it arrived? I’m so sorry if I missed something. The pants were hardly worn; I hope they didn’t get damaged in the mail or something! Let me know if there was anything that could be done better! Item cleanliness-the shoes were in beautiful like new condition, Ship time- I shipped the same day, and Packaging- I wrapped the shoes beautifully and you even commented on the packaging was beautiful. kharper2255 @kimmycleaner I can change to 4 stars but although the fast shipping and the packaging was very much appreciated, I may not be able to wear the shoes... I’ve never had an issue wearing a size 6 before so I wish I had known they were extremely narrow/tight.

anyas_attic Good evening, I am glad the jeans arrived quickly & safely. However, I was very disappointed in the one star you left for me. I always include the measurements in the description of the item, these stated 33" inseam. Although I mistakenly omitted mentioning that they were long, the measurement was clearly in the listing.
