clothes4cancer Hey, girl! I know you ordered a dress from me and told me it hadn’t arrived. I just got it back in the mail and can’t figure out why because the label printed matched your address listed on the app. I’ve reached out to poshmark to see how to go from here, but they haven’t responded- I’ll keep you posted, but I’m so sorry this happened. I sell on poshmark all the time and haven’t ever experienced this so hopefully they fix the issue soon!

clothes4cancer @malisheski2 I’m so sorry about that. I reached out to poshmark to try and figure out why that happened because it hasn’t happened before. Do you want me to send the dress again or to request full refund from poshmark? I checked the label and everything again and went to the post office and they said they didn’t understand what happened last time, either- but that you shouldn’t be charged any shipping since, like you said, you’d already paid it!

dvhefner @malisheski2 hello! The tracking on the puffer jacket you purchased states it was delivered in your city and stated and delivered in your mailbox. You have the tracking number, did you contact the Post Office in your city? I reached out to Poshmark to see how we can resolve this issue and I haven’t heard back. I don’t know what more I can do at this point. Also, not sure why you accepted the item if it never arrived.
