kennedyharper97 @shoediva761 well I saw the hair online(Ali bundles) and I saw that it was beauty supply hair.. so I expected it to what it did... I washed it when I first got the bundles and it was fine then I used black dye and the hair got shiny like it was plastic.. I got it installed and it tangles and sheds like crazy & its frizzy at the ends... it was a waste of my money and the money I paid to get it installed

shoediva761 @kennedyharper97 Sorry Ive been working..To reply to your question If you would have contacted me before the rating if the hair was so horrible&you didnt show proof that this was my hair.. so i could resolve the issue i would have no problem with returning some of your money.but i was just confused if the hair didnt look right after you attempted to dye it and wash it then it frizzed up why you went ahead to get it installed.

kennedyharper97 @shoediva761 well I was told it was 7a Virgin hair, when I first got the bundles I realized it was the hair that was sold at my local beauty supply so it wasn't in fact virgin hair, I washed it and dyed it just to give the hair a try..Once I dyed it jet black I noticed how shiny the hair got and I figured it was just shiny because of the dye..

kennedyharper97 @shoediva761 now that it's install it's matting and tangling..I usually gone complain over hair because I know sometimes things can go wrong on the customers end.. I've been wearing virgin extensions now for about 6 years, so I know how to take care of the hair.. if you could leave your email I'd be willing to send you some pics so you can see what I mean

kennedyharper97 @shoediva761 for sure, I'll send you the pictures & videos once I get off. & once you send the replacement hair you won't have to worry about me anymore.. like I said on the rating your customer service, packing and everything else was perfect ... just the quality of the hair wasn't up to part
