keren_ba @aouibitworn I have a few thins I’m still confused on. I don’t know if there’s a messaging option on here....But when I make a sale, do I receive the shipping label in the email after I have made a sale? Is that how it goes? And I read about what boxes I am allowed to use that are free, I’m not sure which ones are free at the USPS, from what I know they have always charged me when I get any of their white boxes there.

aouibitworn @keren_ba messaging is probably my biggest frustration. When you want to talk to a buyer or anyone else, you have to do it under the item like we are doing now. I hope they expand that

aouibitworn @keren_ba When you make a sale there’s two ways you can get the shipping label; in email or if you go up to your Posh drop down box & click, you will see “My Sales” way below “My Closet”. Click & you will see everything that sold. Click an item, you will see an option to download the label. Click that & print. Super easy. That’s the way I do it so I don’t have to go from email to posh etc. When it prints, i wrote the item down on the back so I don’t get confused if I sold multiple things.
