artei Hey Kieran. My listing of the Everlane pants had a clear photo of the rear of the pants in which those three tiny spots are visible. I frankly had not even noticed. In addition, my description of the pants clearly stated “could use light cleaning.” Lastly, you are purchasing these pants at a deep discount of only $13! I make like $10 on that. What do you expect? Dry cleaning? Silk packaging? Send them back, I don’t want your money.

oscrawford Arthur, I was surprised to see this message from you. I dd nothing to suggest that I expected dry cleaning, silk packaging or anything of the sort. I only suggested that I was disappointed to find the pants stained. I thought about sending them back (with Poshmark you have to move fairly quickly in order to do so), but I decided to keep them. I am sorry if you feel that you were not appropriately compensated for the item. You need not have accepted my offer if you thought it to be too low.

artei @kieranlcampbell Yes, but you did not only feel disappointment, you took an action which hurts my standing in this marketplace by opening a case against me. If we’re just a feeling of disappointment, it would have been okay, but you took a real action with rea consequences. I am happy about the offer I accepted from you, but I assumed that such a lower price would have entailed lower expectations as well.

artei I work as a primary school teacher, so I am constantly kneeling or sitting on classroom floors or parks, hence I constantly need to cycle my clothing by offering them at a low price and with the disclaimer “might need a light cleaning” as I did in this listing.
