blocke103 I have contacted support to let them know you didn’t receive the item. It was sent and I am not sure why you didn’t receive it. I don’t believe your rating of me is fair. This was apparently a problem with the postal service or something else Out of my control. I will try to see that you are refunded. I am new to Poshmark and don’t know how this all work but I am very upset and sorry it happened.

blocke103 Support has contacted me and apologized for what has happened. It was a USPS issue apparently. It should not have been me getting a low rating. Support needs you to contact them directly to settle the matter and make it right. Again, I apologize that this happened although it was not my fault.

blocke103 @kilalynn43 I don’t know how this works. I didn’t mean to upset you. I contacted support to try and correct the issue and they told me to contact you and this was the only way I could figure out how after reading through the facts a d questions sections. This is very upsetting to me. I really don’t know what to do.

blocke103 @kilalynn43 I am not sure what you mean by saying you weren’t given a choice. I am very very sorry. I am certainly not used to this sort of thing but I didn’t understand the rating when I didn’t do anything . wrong . I was doing want the email from support said to do. This makes me want to just cancel my entire account. I am trying so hard to find new things to do after a very hard loss. I really didn’t mean to hurt or upset you.
