3 stars for packaging? The ring came in a velvet ring box and a reusable velvet jewelry bag, plus it’s a beautiful ring. I don’t know what more you could ask for. I’ve made over 1500 sales and you are the first to give a low rating due to the packaging. I apologize for not packaging up to your standards.

I apologize, the box was broken,, I didn't realize that was an overall rating. Yes, I agree the ring is BEAUTIFUL and it was just as described. I would definitely rate the ring a 5.. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
