hagdshopn @kimlmartens Hi. Thanks for returning the boots so quickly. I checked with the warehouse and was told that sometimes they receive items that were returns from department shoes and apologized because they sold the boots to me as new. I am sorry that I don’t check them more thoroughly nor take a pic of the bottom. I would never sell a worn boot as “new”. Again sorry and hope to do business in the future with you.😀
