@berlyv hi there. I’m so sorry your shipment got caught in the covid delay. It’s so hit or miss these days with shipments. There was a another shipment I sent the same day as yours and theirs just got delivered, so I’m hoping yours will as well. :)

@berlyv Kim I’m so sorry about your order! I try to be as careful as can be by inspecting and taking detailed pictures before shipment. I’m reviewing the pictures and unfortunately I do not see anything, so I must have missed it somehow. I truly apologize. I would have never ship it out if I saw any kind of flaw. Well, I hope you have a nice rest of your week and again, I’m really sorry I missed that.
