simone_ab @wendidee Thank you for the warm welcome! I wonder if you could help me with something. I sold my first item, but I can’t enter my email in my account/profile, so they can’t send an address label. I’ve messaged Poshmark twice. Any suggestions? Thanks!

simone_ab @wendidee I thought I did but there’s some very long bizarre email address in my profile. I don’t know if it’s a real address or not, but it’s not mine.

wendidee @simone_ab did you try this… In the app Go to your Account Tab (@username). Select My Profile. Select Account Info. Select on your email address. You will receive a one-time use verification code to enter on the verification screen. Enter in your new email address. Select Done to save.

simone_ab @wendidee yea. The problem is that the verification code goes to the wrong or fake email address, and I can’t change the email address.

wendidee @simone_ab I would message your buyer to let them know you’re working with PM to access the shipping label. You may be able to access it this way: To resend a shipping label: Go to My Sales. Select your order. Select Download Shipping Label. Then wait for PM Support. Let me know how it’s resolved

simone_ab @wendidee thanks for your help. I did message the buyer earlier today. I tried to click on download shipping label, but it takes me to the fake email address. I messaged PM again and will wait for a response. 🤞thank you!
