kira3g @ctilman01 this belonged to my son-in-law and he said it most likely requires a new battery. They are less than $5 and can be found in almost any grocery or home improvement store!

kira3g @ctilman01 I apologize for the issues! I spoke with Movado care and you are correct. For an authorized dealer to look at the watch and do any possible repairs it's about $180, so my assumption is that you wouldn't want to do this. I'd be happy to take it back and refund you. I feel so badly and apologize for the inconvenience.

kira3g @ctilman01 I emailed Posh Support and asked how to get you a full refund and mailing label. They sent an auto reply saying that I should hear back in 24 hours. Again, I’m very sorry about this and appreciate that you’re being so understanding.

kira3g @ctilman01 Poshsupport emailed me back and said they weren’t able to do anything since the funds were already released. They said all sales are final at this point. I’m willing to send you a money order for $160 (that’s what I received from the sale, they took $40) AND you can keep the watch. Since there’s no support from them that’s the best I can do. Please let me know.
