Hello! You purchased my Quay sunglasses. However, I am having issues with the Postal Office. The mail courier had picked up the package at my office along with our office mail. I was confident that it will be easier that way to save me time in going to Post office. But it seemed that my package never made it on time.

Continuation. I communicated with the post office several times to ask about my package. They do not have answer for me. It may be lying around in there office and never got a scan. What upsets me most is they couldn’t locate the item! I truly apologize for the delay! I just want to let you know I already filed a report of my lost package at their customer consumer affairs. Again, I am so so sorry for the delay!
