wildwoods hi there! i just wanted to let you know that i handed your package to my mail carrier yesterday, but she scanned it as delivered instead of accepted. i figured that it would just get its next scan at my regional sort center, so i've been checking for that scan to pop up. since i dont see that scan today, i have researched what happens now & it seems that the package is still being scanned as usual but the scans are only visible within the post office's internal computer system.

wildwoods i just wanted you to know that i did mail it even though the posh system is saying it hasn't been mailed =( i am going to the post office on monday to ask the postmaster to fix this & also give me a printout of the package's scan record from their internal system. i have also emailed posh & im waiting to hear back from them for assistance. will update you as soon as i have an update! =)

wildwoods @kmiller134 oh you will! from what i have read, the package is proceeding as normal. but the usps system isn't showing the scans because once it gets scanned 'delivered,' that system thinks ok my job is done with this package. it's like ignoring the continuing scans even though the package is still moving along.

wildwoods i just wanted to let you know that i am paying attention to this & im going to continue following up here on my end. i believe my postmaster can do something to get the scans appearing again. i hope s/he is familiar with this issue. im sure theyll know what to do =) posh should also know that this happens from time to time, so i expect them to be of some help or somehow note in their system that this package has in fact been mailed & is on its way to you. stay tuned =) i will be in touch

wildwoods i have an update from the customer service supervisor at my post office! the post office can track the package internally from their computers, but i cant here on my end. the package is moving right along yay! she gave me the zip code where it was scanned at 6am this morning but i dont want to write it here for your privacy
