kikapap17 @dshanno Hi there! I just made my first sale, YAY! But I am so confused. It is a pair of 750.00 vintage Versace shoes,NWT , am I am scared of whats next. I can’t find answers to a couple of questions. When do I ship/how long does the purchaser have to cancel/ when do they pay etc. I am sorry to bombard you but I have heard horror stories about people losing items after they ship and the buyer cancels. Any advice? Scared gurl. 😂

dshanno @kikapap17 congratulations 🎊🎈 that’s awesome! They will send a shipping label to your email. They meaning the buyers pays through Poshmark the money is held until they receive the item. They have 3 full days after it is delivered to accept it. I always send a Thank You card and add a note saying please accept. New Poshers are the worst on accepting. Poshmark will not send you a label if payment doesn’t go through. I hope that helps! So excited 😆 for you!❤️

kikapap17 @dshanno you are an angel!!!! Just bear with me!! Let me make sure I understand. I got a label, so that means Poshmark was paid. Ill ship in in the am , and then they have 3 days to accept? If they do not, do they send back? I have been reading some of the ways it can go wrong for a seller so I want to make sure I understand. Thank you so much for helping me!!!💕💕

dshanno @kikapap17 no problem. I should have said more so sorry 😐 at the end of 3 days you automatically get paid either direct deposit or a check which usually takes about a week. Poshmark is good if the buyer doesn’t like something or says it is different than the listing they ask buyer to send photos. As long as you go through PM you are protected. Others that ask for email or number are scammers generally. Does that make sense?
