juxtbc Being dishonest is not cool. The item was not broken or damaged. I wrapped it with so much bubble wrap, there's no way it arrived to you damaged (and that's not counting the bubble mailer)! I have a huge network of Posh friends -& your name will be placed among those *not* to sell to. Be sure that you return MY item. MINE.

kristenmck17 @juxtbc the Fitbit is defective and will not connect to the app or my phone or anything. I have had a flex before and know exactly how it works. This one is broken.

juxtbc Try now. I just removed it from my account -which is likely why it would y sync. My point was, you could have contacted me first -as the Fitbit is fine and does work.

juxtbc Just make sure it is returned in the exact same condition it was in when received. And, make sure it's the SAME item.

juxtbc 😂 Asking you to return the same item in the same condition -is hardly rude, hon. But, OK 👍🏼 I'm just stating that I have record of the exact item (manufacturer number on the Fitbit) -so be sure not to confuse it with one you may have already had. 😉
