knitgrl2 Hi Kristen, Sheryl suggested that I contact you to find out how to make a bundle with an item that I had to cancel and offer again. The sale was canceled, but the item still says sold. Any thoughts? I haven' heard back from Poshmark on how to do this. Thanks for your help, Linda (Like your closet, btw)

krhyde29 @knitgrl2 hey! You have to just make a new listing with the same item. It won’t let you resell that same listing. Just go to the listing that was sold and save the photo and lost it again! Hope this helps! 😊

annastosha2 @krhyde29 I emailed customer service and this is what they told me. Basically you have seven days to send it out and if you dont then it'll refund me OR you cancel it on your end. Which I would say probably would be the easiest. I do apologize I had your post and somebody else's on my legs and when you offered me I thought it was the other post without even giving it a second thought.

annastosha2 Our policy states that an offer is a binding agreement. This means that once an offer is accepted by a seller, the order is complete and cannot be cancelled until the 7th day or unless your seller cancels on their end. We highly suggest that you reach out to the seller to have them cancel the order on their end. annastosha2 So basically I can't cancel anything until the 7th Day, but maybe you can if you go on to the shipping stuff I'm not totally sure, or you just wait and don't do anything they will refund me. Whatever way works, I am sorry again I just joined and next time I'll pay more attention. :/
