chicuniqboutiq Hi Kristen, One suggestion-include brand names and key words with your items so they will be found when people search for a product like the Nike shoes and be very specific with model numbers and names. Good luck!

rodge333 @kdimart2 just the automated email. I’ve sent two a few days apart to give them time to get to it. I have three other items that have been taking too long, not quite as long as this one, but going on two weeks.
