intothestyled Hey girl! I am so sorry that your item seems to be lost or stolen through the mail. Can you contact Poshmark support and let them know? Unfortunately it's really difficult for the seller to do anything once the item is shipped but what I can do is work with you, Poshmark and the carrier to make it right. Hoping this gets sorted out asap.

khelbock @intothestyled I called the post office and it was deliver to the wrong address. They said they have no way of getting it back. Where do we go from here?

intothestyled @khelbock Contact Poshmark Support through email or open up a case under problems and let them know. They may ask for the case # from usps if they gave you one. I will email them on my side as well and ask them to give you a refund for the order.

elintete Hi I’m the posher that you bought the Burberry purse. It’s saying it’s on it’s way to be delivered today by 8;00 pm and on here it’s says it’s in Indio. Please let me know if you received it or send me your email so I can send you pictures of what I’m seeing on my end.

khelbock @elintete it said it was at a post office in Ronkonkoma and then went to one in Selden but the weird thing is Ronkonkoma is closer to me... I should get it hopefully in the next day or so. The most office are like a few towns over.

elintete @khelbock on my end on poshmark it’s telling me it’s in Indio ca. But on the usps just texted me it’s on it’s way to your house but then again it said before it was sappose to be delivered by 8 pm.

khelbock @elintete only once they delivered it to the wrong house. So I had to contact the post office who said they can’t get them back and then Poshmark had to reach out to the post office and confirmed it was dropped at the wrong house and I was refunded. I have gotten numerous packages off Poshmark and they arrived safely.
