kristen_hylton It was shipped out last Thursday my mailman said he was off that day so he doesn’t know if the package was picked up or not, but that you should’ve received it by now I put in a problem ticket on Friday when I noticed that it hadn’t been scanned yet and I guess I’m gonna go ahead and put another way in today about it.

kristen_hylton But if you could put in a notice also saying you haven’t received it or something so they can research it from both ends please thank you. I’m really sorry if it got lost I really hope it didn’t, my mailman did tell me that he would tell me something tomorrow if he was able to Find out anything for me.
