la_rouge @ajfields225 Hi - If there is damage to the item, it was not intentional. I didn't notice anything upon shipping them out. Please work with Poshmark to request a refund. I don't need the item sent back if it's damaged. Thanks.

la_rouge @ajfields225 Also, it is preferred if you have an issue to bring it up with the seller before leaving a negative review. I do not intentionally send out anything with any issue - this was obviously something I didn't notice or catch with the item. I would have gladly refunded your money or offered a discount to another item in my shop. That's just common courtesy to try and work out an issue with the seller before making incorrect assumptions on your part. Thanks.

ajfields225 @la_rouge I did reach out, I did ask for a refund through poshmark, and when they asked me to leave overview I gave an honest review based on the information that I possessed. Thank you for responding. You would be suprised that some sellers do not respond. Reviews are editable based on how the seller handles these types of situations. Thank you for your help.

la_rouge @kstroud107 Hi! I ship out next day and it usually takes usps 3 days to deliver so you will have it before 9/27 (assuming no issues with Usps losing it, etc).
