kryslynb @sampamkripitz hi Pam - funny you ask. I still have not received it and have emailed Posh support no less than 8 times only to get an auto response. I sent them a rather unpleasant email again this evening. I’ve called them as well with no luck. I have filed 3 missing package claims with the post office and as of yesterday it was being elevated to Consumer Affairs. They asked that I give them 2-3 biz days to respond so I will contact them on Tues morning if I don’t hear sooner.

sampamalex @kryslynb Good morning, The text number is no longer working so I sent another e-mail. I got the same robert response saying it in transfer. Have you ever had this happen before, i am beyond unhappy that we can’t speak to a person to get this resolved. Again I am so sorry 😞 please let’s keep in touch. I’m very disappointed in Poshmark for their lack of response and I’ve told them that repeatedly. I also sent another new inquiry today. I’ll let you know as soon as I get any sign of hope or progress! At this point I’m hoping this new dept at the Post Office will have some line of sight...
