kjones866 Hello. I guess I didn't see the missing stone or read the description. I was just very excited to find the necklace after a long search. Did you contact Coach about the missing gem? I would also not rate a necklace excellent that is missing a gem. That would have helped with the confusion. If you can get back to me about this, I can hopefully amend the rating.
