The customer is sending back the army scarf. However I’ve ordered more scarves and they will arrive Tuesday evening and I’ll send out your correct item Wednesday. To insure you will get your item by the end of the week.

@arriescloset I apologize for my statement- I HOPE you are not a fraud- I was on vacation and was very disturbed last night when I opened the package to not only find the wrong item- but the item included was soiled and tattered which led me to believe it was intentional. This is my very first purchase on Poshmark and so far hasn’t been the best experience.

Buyers have 3 days to accept or reject the item. PM has free 3 day returns. I can also issue a refund. Which is why I contacted you before you even received the item. However the three days have passed so I no longer have that option

@arriescloset i reache out to Poshmark as well and the issue still has not been resolved by you or them. I have not received the correct replacement item or a refund. I do not know where you would like to go from here.
