itsmekyle88 @loriperro hi there! I made sure to walk 10k steps everyday and was eating in a calorie deficit! Took a bit of discipline and quite some time but it paid off 😊

itsmekyle88 @loriperro mostly a lot of it is portion control, weighing things out and using an app to track your calories. I use Myfitnesspal and still do to this day to hold myself accountable! I honestly stocked up on a lot of frozen veges and chicken hah. I was a very boring eater

loriperro @itsmekyle88 yeah that's the payment for getting thin. I need lose weight and it's been hard. I have OCD so my situation I can't get motivated after being tired from doing my normal stuff. the weight depresses me so much you'd think it'd motivate me

itsmekyle88 @loriperro I’m not entirely sure to be honest. Medication might make things a little bit more difficult but I do wish you the best of luck if you begin your journey. Take baby steps, make small changes and it shall pay off in the long run!
