shortieroc @simplyyalexis thank you. What pointers do you have or could provide to help me attract more customers to purchase what I’m posting in my closet? I feel as if my marketing/captions are strong enough or the price isn’t as reasonable as the customer would prefer or something? Please advise. Thank you

simplyyyalexis @shortieroc Hi! i would honestly just share a ton and people will do it in return which helps to attract new eyes! also i would do a private offer to drop price which only goes to your likers and gives them a great deal! they’ll all see it as it comes as a notification! when a best in shoes party comes along make sure to share your listings there! i hope this helped!

shortieroc @simplyyalexis hi i just made a sales i put in my personal information as in my name DOB & mailing address however i don’t see or know how to redeem my monies from this sale. How do i get the funds from this sale?

simplyyyalexis @shortieroc congrats! you can receive funds once the buyer has accepted they received the item! you’ll click profile and then the green cash button at the top right, from there it’ll tell you how!(:

shortieroc @simplyyalexis so the buyer gets the item first before paying for the item? How will i know if they aren’t bogus or trying to pull a fast one? How is that tracked? I will put it in the mail tomorrow but how soon should i expect for the delivery to be sent to the buyer? I only put in my personal demographics, i don’t know theirs? Where will i find the buyers information? I’m sorry if I’m asking a lot of questions i just want to ensure every thing is legit and safe.

simplyyyalexis @shortieroc no, they have already paid it’s just pending. posh is holding the funds until the accept they’ve gotten the item and then funds are released to you to ensure that you are not pulling a fast one on the customer if that makes sense. you click “my sales” then the item sold, you print a shipping label with both of your addresses on it and then ship it and follow the directions!

simplyyyalexis @shortieroc it’s usually a 2 or 3 day shipping label and if the buyer doesn’t accept, funds will be released 3 says after they have received according to USPS no matter what! then you cash in! i hope that helped

shortieroc @simplyyalexis oh ok thank you so much for answering all of my questions that puts me at ease. I’ll drop it in the mail tomorrow. Their address is on the label correct? I’m Military and just relocated to the DMV area. I don’t have my home in tact yet. Therefore, i didn’t want to download the label from my phone without it going away or something.
