2017toya87 @donnastreasures OK so am new on here i used Fedex to mail an item. I have tracking number and everything will i still be able to receive the earnings?

donnastreasures @2017toya87 You should when the buyer releases the funds. The problem is that the buyer pays for shipping and the only shipping Posh Mark uses is priority mail. If The package is lost or the fire says they never received it you're not covered under the Poshmark guarantee. When I sale is made, posh Mark emails you a label. You then print out that label and put the items in a box and ship it to them. They track it from there.

donnastreasures @2017toya87 At least you have a tracking number. Just keep an eye on the package and that way you'll know when the buyer should be leaving you feedback and releasing your funds.
