Let's get that money refunded - I believe you have to activate an order problem through your dashboard under "purchases" - here's what the FAQ says: If you receive your order not as described, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by opening a case with us within the app. To open a case Step 1: Go to the Account Tab Step 2: Select My Purchases Step 3: Click on the item you purchased Step 4: Select Problems/Order Inquiry and complete the dispute reporting process.
