shan_neil Hey there. I ordered the olive green Michael Kors bag off of you right before thanksgiving. USPS cannot find the package, it never delivered. Not sure what happened. They told me to contact you first to see if it had been returned to you. Possibly the label could have damaged and it was RTS. Please let me know! Thanks.

shan_neil @laurenhendrix it’s crazy. Said OFD one day and never delivered, never updated. Now post office says they don’t know where it’s at and said possibly it is going back to you bc the label could have been destroyed. Idn what next steps we should take. File a claim with post office?
