harrissaenz Hi Lauren. I received the Tito’s sweater (@harrisaenz) but I purchased the Small and received a Medium. I see you were selling two so I think they just got mixed up. I let Poshmark know so hopefully they can help coordinate an exchange. The medium is way too big. 🙁

laurenellen77 The other person never contacted me back. I opened a ticket that I sent the wrong item with Posh. I know you are returning the medium if I ever get the small back I can let you know. I’m so sorry for the confusion.

harrissaenz @laurenellen77 Not surprised she’s keeping the small as I’m guessing she wanted it in the first place. Can you discount or refund the S&H as recompense? Poshmark said I can send it back tomorrow, 11/3. I’m surprised they haven told you…

harrissaenz @hi Lauren. I so appreciate your responsiveness! It’s $7.45 S & H and I now realize that would not be something you could do but something Poshmark should handle. I did ask customer support if they would refund just the shipping but I’m waiting to hear back. Perhaps they could just provide a credit, I can accept the delivery and we’re done! Again,🤞🏽
