bagladydeals Hello, I was disappointed that you were not 100% happy with your purchase. I note that you felt there was too much packaging. I understand that can be frustrating. However, I did not package your bag. I did pad the box it shipped in, and added 1 sheet of tissue paper, 1 layer of packing paper on top, and padded the top to ensure you did not cut into the bag when opening the box. However, the bag itself was packaged by Kate Spade. The bag was sold as NWT in original packaging.

bagladydeals That original packaging was not my doing, but was the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. By deducting a star for that you have, respectfully, unfairly damaged my seller's reputation over something I had no control over. I am sorry for your difficulty. But would you please consider revising your review to reflect that your received exactly what you purchased, safely, and that it was shipped the same day you purchased at a tremendous discount? laurenkoenig98 @bagladydeals sorry but I was not talking about the Kate spade packaging. I clearly could see it was packaged by Kate spade. All the clear shipping tape tape from your usps bubble wrap packaging was frustrating to get through. It was taped all to the plastic Kate spade packaging that I had to cut through multiple times just to get the bag out and then to find it was taped down even more trying to remove the bag from the box.

laurenkoenig98 I literally just kept having to cut tape. Couldn’t get the bag out without doing so. Which defeats your purpose of not wanting to cut the bag upon opening the box if I’m having to use scissors to cut all this tape.

laurenkoenig98 I do not however appreciate you going out of your way commenting trying to get me to change a review on how I received my package and making it seem like I was dumb thinking you yourself wrapped the bag with the clear Kate spade logo on the plastic. I’ve bought plenty of designer bags I know how they wrap them. However that was not why you got a 4 star review.
