fiddleandfolk Hello Layla!! I was your recent Tria customer and was wondering if you had any warranty/shipment info from this original purpose? I’ve barely used this device and it keeps shutting off/not responding to the charger, etc. I read initially that this product had not been used much, but I am confused by all the complications and would like to contact the manufacturer for help/guidance!
