leequickmd @jessicasusan89 Hi Jessica. Thanks for your response. Putting measurements up is great and helpful. However, I see a brand and know my size and make some assumptions about fit and quality. I’d consider this piece damaged as the black fabric of the arms is fine but the patterned bodice is shrunk. I could mail it back to you for a refund ? I’ll pay for the shipping. Thanks Lee
