mkjill Sorry for the complaint. I did want to let you know that we left for a three week trip today and only if my daughter can print the return label, package and ship for me will the jacket be able to be returned. If not, I will just have to write this off as a loss but wanted to let you know. I know some people probably make complaints for no reason, but wanted you to know I am not that kind of shopper.Thank you, though. Wish you all the best.
