jennakim0109 Hey there. I don't know if you were aware that you sent me a wrong item. I just got back from a vacation and opened the box to only find that you sent me a pair of sneakers that I did not order. I ordered a pair of UGG BOOTS!! How is this possible? I am so furious!

lenagk12 @jennakim0109 there was a mixup the merchandise was swapped and someone else’s order came to you. It was a mishap and I am so sorry. Rest assured poshmark will provide you with a label to send the shoes back and I will mail out the uggs to you.

lenagk12 @jennakim0109 can you please ask poshmark support to provide you with the label so I can get the shoes and ship then to the right buyer. I mailed out your uggs two days ago. I think you should be getting them by Monday.

jennakim0109 I got the boots today. Poshmark sent me an email with a label, but there was an error on the attachment where i couldn't open to print. I have asked them to send it to me again. I'm waiting on them.

jennakim0109 I have the sneakers packed to be shipped tomorrow. Very importantly, though, I finally got a chance to take the boots out of the box today. The item and the size are correct; however, I would like to return them due to unbearably strong urine odor on the boots. I am just going to buy them new off of Ugg website. They are NOT wearable.

jennakim0109 @lenagk12 It smells very strong odor of urine...or something equivalent. I have ordered a cleaning kit from UGG website, so I can salvage it somehow.
