@sivvysplace Hi I received a return label to return the purse sent in error, but no direction on what happens to my credit card and how I am either to receive credit or the correct item. Once I ship back then what?? It doesn’t allow me to comment on the case it just said it’s resolved 🤔🌸

@lesh59 Hi. I received an email from Posh saying you were sent a return label. It says that once I receive the item back and confirm that it is all good, your funds will be refunded. That is what I am understanding from the email. I am truly sorry that I sent you the wrong purse. I have no idea what I was thinking. I did not see an option for me to send you the correct purse.
