tomas2016 Hi leslie i am sorry u were not satisfied with the coach shades, that is why i asked you to lmk if there was a problem with the purchase b4 rating me we could of xchanged or return rather then just giving me a low rating. I am 5star rating on all my items but i understand some poshers expectations are higher then others i been there.

tomas2016 As i mentioned on the listing therr were no visible scratches and they needed a little arm tighning meaning there maybe a very light scratces but no deep scratches that you can see specially one that would be in the way of your sight i wore them everyday and there was no major scratches on the shades i would of have never sold them without mentionig it.

tomas2016 Well a little advice always communicate with your posher when not satisfied with a purchase because we are always willing to meet your saisfaction. As i like my customers to be 💯 % satisfied. But thanks for your low score anyway please read listings carefully and ask lots of questions b4 purchasing. the shades "Are" used, you can purchase new ones under boutique listings. poshitivelyposh @tomas2016. I guess I was not clear on to whom I should've gone to for support. A seller sold me a "silver" necklace & when I got it, it was obviously gold. I had already bought the gold version. Her response was sorry 'bout your problem, "no returns & Happy Poshing". I do apologize, as I don't like giving other than 5 star reviews. I'm sorry for miscommunication. If there's a way to change it I will.

donnastreasures @liquorlady21 Take pictures outside or next to a window. Make sure to wipe of the lens before you take a picture. I do everything on my phone and there were times I didn't realize it but I had touch the lens and smudged it.

nanamarie95 @liquorlady21 its takes time but i have to download the theme logo pic, then I use a collage app to create the listing and then the instasize app to make it fit the Poshmark listing, otherwise it doesnt work. All for Android phones.
