lisakiki Hello I am reaching out to you because I bought an item from you in December for Christmas gift and the recipient I gave it to just let me know that the handle fell off the cup so I don't know how you want to handle this I am open to listening to your suggestions you can either refund me the money or send me another cup I hate to be a pain but they only had this for a week and a half and a handle already fell off and it was a brand new item that you sold so please reach out to me and let me know
