lindac64 @highlandroad I could use some tips on how to handle a buyers bundle. I’m new and not sure I grasp the concept. I am offering 20% off 3 or more items. Is someone bundles 3 items and I send an offer with an additional 1.50 off with my already 20% off is that not enough? Should I offer more? Not sure how to close on a bundle deal as a seller. Thanks for any advice you can offer 😊

highlandroad @lindac64 Hi! Using the automated bundle feature, you don't need to add any additional discount, it's a choice. Your bundle discount is substantial. Remember these points, beside the bundle discount, you have the PM fee and if bundle is over five pounds, you pay additional postage, your investment in item, and/or your need to move merch, you can choose. highlandroad @lindac64 Closing a bundle begins with both you and buyer accepting terms, and is basically same as one item sale, with exception of weight of items. Weigh your bundle- include ALL packaging-if it exceeds five pounds you will need to upgrade shipping label, you pay difference over regular shipping rate the buyer has paid. Anything under five pounds you're good to go, regular shipping rate. PM makes it pretty straight forward and guides you through process.
