Just wanted to say that I'm sorry that the appraisal for the 18k gold/diamond Ippolita necklace somehow went missing between it being appraised for authenticity with Poshmark and being shipped to you. It's a PDF document that can be emailed in seconds. If that was the only reason for the return, it can be easily rectified. Thank you!

@kohn_l If we come to an agreement, I can ship as soon as Tuesday morning. I can’t really take less than 1250. I carried twice; it’s practically new. I paid $1520 for it, and am willing to to sell lots under what others are. We don’t smoke, nor are there pets in my home. Thank you for your interest and offers. :)

@kohn_l That’s a great question. I did some research for you.
“Poshmark provides a flat rate of $7.11 for expedited shipping on all orders. This shipping fee is paid for by the buyer. All orders are shipped using United States Postal Service 1-3 day Priority Mail.” Due to the weight, I’ll pay the difference in price. (I’ve had to do so when selling shoes that we’re of significant weight before). It’s a nice effort on behalf of Posh, but it never covers weightier packages. 🤷🏽♀️

@kohn_l Hi there. Just touching base with you. I reached out to our local postal service to inquire as to why tracking hadn’t updated. They stated that it was not scanned; but will be once it’s delivered to Poshmark. Confusing to me... but just wanted you to know.

You may hear from them. :) Postmaster of my local postal service just assured me via telephone that due to Covid and lack of employees, processing is slow. I just want to be sure. With such an import item, I need to keep track!

@kohn_l Hi there Linda... it’s just my daily check in with USPS and you here at Poshmark. No luck on my end. When you check tracking it’s the same here when I check. I’m trying to get in touch with someone higher in the ranks because this is absolutely ridiculous. It was mailed a week ago. :( I just wanted to keep you abreast of what I am aware of.

@kohn_l My pleasure, I am praying so hard that it is. My hubby encouraged to ship via UPS before I shipped, he keeps reminding me we’d have tracking by now...but I shared with him that Poshmark doesn’t work like that. I sure wish they’d change on that! Peace and Blessings.

@kohn_l Hi there Linda, just another update ... my local post office just notified me (after several calls I’ve made) that the process is extremely slow in the DC region; and that it’s possible our package is in a truck pending scanning. I love everything about the LV bag however it has a funky odor that won’t go away. Just want to know what that’s from ....maybe storage ? Do you know how to get rid of that smell ? Thanks

@kohn_l Hi there, to my knowledge it did not have a funky smell. Maybe Poshmark uses a solution to check the material for authenticity. Can you check with them? Aside from that, take it to the Louis Vuitton store to inquire so as not to damage it, maybe. It remained inside of the dustbag while I owned it.
