linda7104 @konniec Hi Konnie, thank you for reaching out. I do have a few questions. When someone follows you is it the right thing to follow them also? What am I supposed to do when people like an item I'm selling? I just sold my first item so that's exciting! I also plan on adding a lot more items to my closet. Thank you for your time. Linda

konniec @linda7104 Hi Linda! So glad you asked. It’s always nice to reciprocate with a follow. Followers and followees play off each other. Your likes are good for making offers. PM will occasionally have a “closet clear out” so you can offer likers discounted shipping. No need to do anything if someone likes an item you sold. Congratulations on your first sale 🎊 Be sure to package nicely, include a note to the buyer, and ship as fast as possible. Happy Poshing 🛍️

linda7104 @konniec That's so helpful, thank you! As far as shipping, do you get a box somewhere other than the post office? I've never shipped anything out before. And the buyer always pays shipping right?

konniec @linda7104 Get your supplies from the PO. You’ll need to get some packing tape for the boxes. Bubble envelopes are god for lots of clothing items. USPS boxes and envelopes are free. Get the red Priority Express. https://store.usps.com/store/results/shipping-supplies/_/N-7d0v8v#content

linda7104 @konniec Ok, do you just put the shoes and a thank you note in the box or do you put any packing material in it?

konniec @linda7104 I have treat bags from Dollar Tree. I wrap each shoe in tissue then put in treat bag. You don’t want them flying around in a box so I add a little packing material. Plastic grocery bags with wadded newspaper make great filler. Start saving your junk mail to use as packing. Tape your note to the bag. Address it personally. You’ll get the buyers name from the label.

linda7104 @konniec Hi Konnie, I had a few other questions for you. I have gotten a lot of followers and want to follow them back but is there a way to follow others without clicking on each one individually? That is taking so much time. lol Also, it looks like I should be sharing other people's items, how do I do that, and is it just something I like from their closets and does it show up in my closet?

konniec @linda7104 Hi! The easiest way I’ve found to follow back is go to your closet, at the top you’ll see FOLLOWERS, click that. You can scroll down and follow everyone who’s following you. YES you should share those who share yours. In the news feed, click on the name of someone who has shared your listing. This will bring up their closet. To share, click the double arrow circle on the item, lower right, and share. I always share several items. It’s tedious but it’s reciprocal.

konniec @linda7104 You can share anything, what you like, don’t like, I don’t think it matters much so long as you share. It doesn’t show in your closet, it shares to your feed, but you do get “credit” for sharing other posher’s items. Eventually leads to Ambassador. Hope this answers your questions 👍🏻
