ellepea52983 @sunsleeprepeat hey there! Our office was closed Saturday and the PO forgot to bring it Monday. No biggie! Thanks for shipping quickly and checking in. Listen- can I email you a video of the instyler? Or something? It’s not working correctly and I’d like your feedback on it. It also won’t change rotating directions at all. Have you experienced that trouble before?

sunsleeprepeat @ellepea52983 This Instyler doesn’t change directions. You have to change your hand position to direct the curls up or down. Could you be thinking of a different one? With this you curl your hair by wrapping it around the rotating polishing cylinder. When you run it through your hair, the first set of bristles gently sort and separate your hair strands. Then, the rotating heated polishing cylinder gently glides over your hair, smoothly polishing, straightening, and styling.
