Share & Share again! ❤ your likes, sometimes sellers will send out deals on their ❤ items & put an offer on something you really ❤ because it may not be there the next time you want it. @kmc9575 here’s a question... I made my first sale and the woman is saying the item is not authentic. What protection (if any) do I have as a seller? Other than the pics I have, she now has the item! How do I prove it’s real? How do I know she’ll send me my original item back without damage if it comes to that? This has left a very bad taste in my mouth with poshmark. Is this website a place for people to try and scam others? Not impressed.

@llk131 have they released payment? Under your "sales" tab there is a way to reach out to Poshmark. I have not had that problem in the year I've been at this, it's all been very positive. I would definitely reach out to Poshmark. They have always been very helpful to me, does typically take them a day to get back to you.

@llk131 Unfortunately people do have that option of making a "claim" of it's not authentic when they get it, but I believe they have to ship it back to you.

@llk131 Basically they open a "case" against you until Poshmark looks into things. But I would definitely reach out to Poshmark. Guessing they have contacted PM saying your item is not authentic and PM might be contacting you. If she hasn't made a claim against you, in 4 days that money is yours. Sorry I am not more help, I have not dealt with that before. Contact PM definitely.
