carolynchicago I’m so sorry about the Danskos and I would be willing to give you a refund. I had no idea they would fall apart like that. I’m just not sure how to issue the refund but I will try to figure it out

carolynchicago @lmorgan044 let’s see what they say - they said it could take up to 24 hours. I was thinking if you listed them I could just buy them back from you if the don’t have a solution. I really don’t want them back but I can’t think of a way to make us even. I’m so sorry about this - I really take pride in great customer service and obviously this wasn’t what I expected to happen!

carolynchicago They weren’t much help about the Dansko return. If you want to post them I can buy them back from you. I’m really surprised they they fell apart like thAt. I always thought of Dansko as a very high quality brand. Let me know!
