artistames Hi there, thanks again for your recent purchase of the Tea dress. I dropped your package off at the post office on December 4th. Poshmark and the USPS have not begun tracking progress via the app just yet. I’ve been experiencing shipping delays over the past two weeks....and have heard that USPS is behind on many deliveries. Continue to check progress via the Poshmark app for updates. I’ll do the same.

melissajpond Hi Lindsey, This is Melissa. You bought the green Alice + Ames dress from me this week. I took it to the post office on Tuesday but the system has not sent me a notification that tracking has started. I've only had this happen once before and the shipment got lost. Poshmark took care of the refund but I really hope that isn't the case because the dress is so adorable and we also included a special bracelet my daughter enjoyed wearing with the dress. Keep me posted and we'll hope for the best!
