This potential buyer asked our shop several questions about an item, including for waist to crotch measurements. We took time away from our full time roles to locate and provide buyer's requested information, on two occasions. Lisa then stopped responding. While we hope unintentional, Lisa made misleading statements insinuating she may buy our item and failed to let us know she wasn't interested. We strive to provide excellent service, and a little courtesy goes a long way.
